Aeriform Yoga
Aeriform Yoga was created by Bridget Gunning, Certified Yoga Instructor and Aerialist. Bridget brings her knowledge of yoga, aerial arts, dance and somatics into this fun and unique physical experience.
We use a low-flying aerial sling; a fabric sewn into a loop, to support our bodies. Beginning on the floor and progressing into in the air, Aerial Yoga relieves pressure on joints, finds ease in inverted poses and achieves your maximum movement range with surprisingly minimal effort.
You get deep muscle release and maximum stretch while having the exhilarating sensation of floating in mid-air!
